LyricsEdit

I can't hide the hole inside
promised me that you would always be
pierced my heart with cupids dart
the pressure builds and I can't sit still
your mama doesn't wanna let you go
for a drive in my sky blue eldorado

there's love in the back of my dads cadillac
there's love in the back of his new cadillac
there's love in the back of my dads cadillac
there's love in the back of his new cadillac

all night long we watch the windows fog
and I can see my destiny
the music flows from the am radio
I'm almost sure that I'm gonna score
pull you close and ask you what's the wait
lets seize the opportunity before it's too late

there's love in the back of my dads cadillac
there's love in the back of his new cadillac
yes there's love and I should be thanking someone

what are you waiting for?
there's no better time than right now
what are we waiting for?
no better time to explore

there's love in the back of my dads cadillac
there's love in the back of his new cadillac
there's love in the back of my dads cadillac
there's love in the back of his new cadillac
yes there's love and I should be thanking someone...
