Del Rey's first digital EP, Kill Kill was officially released in the United States through 5 Points Records under her then-stage name Lizzy Grant.

Del Rey performed at the CMJ showcase held at The Living Room in New York City, New York. She sang "Gramma (Blue Ribbon Sparkler Trailer Heaven)", a cover of "Heartbreak Hotel" and more songs.
